The information you share

The application asks for your name, email address, phone number, Instagram or LinkedIn profile, age and occupation. We use these details to review your interest in Top Only, arrange an introductory conversation and respond about membership.

How it is handled

Applications are stored securely through the website’s hosting provider and are intended for the Top Only team. Applications and contact details are not published on the website. The application does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Scheduling a call

When a booking calendar is connected, the name and email you provide may be passed to the calendar service to prefill your appointment. The provider manages booking details, availability and calendar invitations under its own privacy policy. The provider is identified when the calendar opens.

Cookies and website features

This website does not install advertising trackers. The hosting service may use cookies for private-site access. Embedded booking services may use their own cookies. The Connect demonstration uses temporary page state and fictional profiles; it does not contact real people or create a member account.

Your choices

Only share a social profile you are comfortable using for your application. You can request access, corrections or deletion through your Top Only team contact. We keep application information only while it is needed for the membership enquiry and any resulting relationship.

Membership applications and the proposed Connect service are for adults aged 18 and over.
